Personal information is defined as first and last name, address, phone, fax, and email. Berkshire County Kids' Place will never sell or rent personal information.
Using feedback forms
On our feedback and sign-up forms, personal information is requested and sometimes required. This information will be used to contact you about the programs or features for which you have expressed interest. We may also send you occasional announcements about other Berkshire County Kids' Place activities.
Occasionally, on each form is a check box that says "Do not share my information." If you check this box, Berkshire County Kids' Place will not share your personal information with any other organization.
Required fields for data collection only
On all of our forms, your zip code and description of how your work relates to children are required fields. This information will be aggregated to create reports regarding Berkshire County Kids' Place web audience and to plan services and tools to benefit users. In any report, the information used will not be associated with any specific person or organization.
