When it comes to violence, those at the highest risk also have the smallest voice; our children.

Berkshire County Kids’ Place and Violence Prevention Center, Inc. works with a team of trained trauma-focused mental health professionals, the District Attorney’s office, law enforcement, the Department of Children and Families, and the Pediatric Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program all of which are committed to listening, believing, and acting when any maltreatment of a child is suspected or disclosed.

We firmly believe that by:

  • Providing a safe place so kiddos who have experienced violence can heal

  • Seeking justice for kiddos who have been hurt

  • Offering hope to kiddos who have known fear

  • Increasing awareness so that the signs of neglect and abuse are shared

  • Advocating for change from down the block to Beacon Hill

  • Creating an inclusive and equitable environment for the diverse families we serve

  • Keeping services FREE regardless of access to health insurance or a family’s ability to pay

All our children will have a safer future.

As a neighbor, you can be part of this work when you DONATE Today!
